P-44, r. 1 - Regulation respecting roadside advertising

1. In order to obtain a permit referred to in section 7 of the Roadside Advertising Act (chapter P-44), an applicant shall complete Part 1 of the permit application form in Schedule 1 or, in the case of a separate permit prescribed in the last paragraph of section 7, Part 1 of the form in Schedule 2. He shall forward his application to the Minister of Transport with the annual fees exigible and the following documents:
(1)  the plan of the advertising sign prepared by an architect or engineer, where the advertising sign is placed 60 m or more from a highway, rest area or lookout;
(2)  in the case of a legal person, a copy of its constituting act and a copy of the resolution authorizing the application for a permit;
(3)  where applicable, a copy of the municipal certificate authorizing the erection of the advertising sign;
(4)  where applicable, a copy of the decision of the Commission de protection du territoire agricole authorizing the erection of the advertising sign.
